Fresh florals are a natural product and cannot be guaranteed. Arrangements should be expected to last between 2 to 5 days, although conditions may affect this time frame.

In the event that a requested flower is unavailable Concrete Rose Floral Designs will find a suitable substitution. Concrete Rose Floral Designs will not be held liable for any unavailability of any flower or floral design feature.

All orders must be placed by 3PM for next day delivery, unless otherwise specified and confirmed by Concrete Rose Floral.

Deliveries during holidays will be delivered as quickly as possible but a specific time will not be guaranteed.
